About

Most of the people who come to me have something on their to do list half-finished

it can be a course, a landing page, a podcast that's still just an idea. My job is getting it built and launched, and making sure it still sounds and looks like you once it's live.

Creative Support for Businesses Ready to Show Up

I work with coaches and therapists whose voice and framework is their actual instrument. It’s what a stranger reads or listens to before deciding whether to trust you with something personal.

You're already good at that part, what's harder is keeping it consistent everywhere it needs to show up: a course platform, a sales page, a podcast, a Substack, a feed…

You've got a backlog of half-built things. You know what to say, but because building it and keeping it sounding like you is a second job on top of the one you're actually trained for.

I build it, get it live, and hold the thread across all of it, so your brand truly represents you across all assets.

My Approach

Your voice is the thing people are actually buying. Not your funnel, not your feed. YOUR VOICE.

It's how a stranger decides whether to trust you with something as personal as therapy or coaching, and it's the only thing in your business that can't be templated.

Most people end up protecting that by doing everything themselves, or by hiring someone new every time something needs building. A designer for the sales page. Someone else for the course platform. A different person again when the podcast finally happens. Nobody's holding the whole picture, so your voice comes out a little different everywhere it shows up.

I work as the one person who holds that thread: I build the pages, the podcast, the course modules, the content, whatever's next on your list, but I build it as an extension of how you already sound, not a fresh interpretation of it. So your Substack and your sales page and your show notes all sound and look like they came from the same person, because they did.

That consistency is what moves you from being the best-kept secret in your field to being the one people already know when they land on your page.

Hey, I’m Ana

I spent over a decade in operations and project management before I left corporate to build something of my own.

What I kept seeing was brilliant coaches and therapists with a voice that worked beautifully in the room and then went quiet, generic or inconsistent everywhere else, because keeping it steady across a website, a podcast, and a course was another full time job stacked on top of the one they were actually trained for.

That's the job I do now. I hold the thread so you don't have to hire a new person every time something new needs building.

I left corporate with two small kids and half a thyroid, so "getting things done under less-than-ideal conditions" is like a personality trait at this point!

Let’s connect!

When I’m not deep in podcast production or content design you’ll find me taking pictures, going to gigs and running after 2 toddlers.

Psychology 🤝 Operations 🤝 Creativity

Before We Are Indie, I ran projects and operations for other people's businesses for over a decade.

But it all started with my work in psychology and adult education research and that's the part that actually shows up in how I work: how I edit a podcast episode for what people actually retain, how I structure a course around how people actually learn, how I design a sales page around how someone actually decides to trust you.

The operations background gets it built, the psychology background makes sure it's built to connect.

If you’re ready to stop being a content creator, designer, videographer, marketing strategist and want to start showing up with purpose, let’s work together.
